CHURCH CENTER INFORMATION
After you are invited to the directory, here’s a few instructions.
Log In or Create Your Account
Enter your phone number or email address and follow the prompts to log in. For those that have been attending Faith Church, your information should already be in place (but please check to make sure there are no mistakes.) If you’re new to Faith Church, you’ll be guided through creating a simple profile.
- **Please Note: You will not be invited into the directory until someone from the church office accepts your profile. (***We will be vigilant to allow only actual people that are attending Faith Church. There have been many attempts for scammers to try to get access for this information at other churches in the past.)
- Verify Your Information
Once logged in, take a moment to review and update your contact and household information, birthdates and other information.
- Set up Online Giving
If you choose to give online, this is where you connect your bank account or credit card.
“Where am I?” (Directory Help!)
If you click the DIRECTORY button at the bottom of the app, and you can’t find yourself in the directory, you probably just need to flip one quick setting:
- Go to Church Center and click the directory. If you aren’t listed, there should be a prompt near the bottom that tells you that.
- Opt in at the prompt.
- From there, you’ll be able to check boxes about which information that you’d like to share
One thing to know… If you click on “Allow others to contact me,” know that your email still won’t be visible to others when they contact you. It just shows up as a button CONTACT (YOUR NAME) on your profile. If you reply to them, that’s when they can see that information.
- Hit Save
Have you noticed that in the directory there is no way to see email addresses or phone numbers? That’s done for a reason. We don’t want anyone without persmission to get that information. So, now what?
Well, people from church can still contact you! But – only if you allow that to happen. In the directory, you may have noticed that some people have a box that says MESSAGE (their name). When you click that button, they receive an email from you. And when they respond to you, now you have their email address and you have made a connection with them.
If you want that button on your profile so people can contact you, here are the steps:
1. Open the Church Center app
2. Click in the top box next to Hello, (your name)!
3. Click DIRECTORY LISTING
4. Click EDIT (the pencil icon) in the top right corner
5. Check the box next to ALLOW OTHERS TO CONTACT ME
6, Click UPDATE (the check mark) in the top right corner
7. Done!
Add Your Smiling Face!
Help us put names to faces (and avoid awkward “I should know your name…” moments )
To add a photo:
- 1. Open the Church Center app
2. Click in the top box next to Hello, (your name)!
3. Click “Personal and Household info”
- 4. Hit EDIT
- 5. Touch the photo area and you can upload a picture from your photo library.
- 6. Save your changes by hitting the UPDATE (check mark) button
- 7. Done! THANK YOU!
Pretty simple—and so helpful for everyone! Sherrie and Emily are also available to take your picture on Sunday mornings. Just ask!
Online Giving Update

It only takes a couple of minutes, and then you’re all set!
Thank you for trusting us with your information.
