Hand2Hand Ministries is a resource for children facing hunger over the weekend. Healthy food is provided for these children so they have a greater opportunity to succeed academically, emotionally, and physically. Each week, a backpack filled with food for the weekend is placed in the child’s locker for them to take home.
Hand2Hand has a pantry at Faith Church! We are excited to bring new and exciting ways to get involved. We will be supporting Lincoln Elementary, Cityside Middle School and The Lighthouse Juvenile Justice Institute in Holland with weekend food bags.
Help Pack Backpacks or Donate Food
You can buy and donate food for our weekend food bags! Please pay attention to the deadline that the non-expired newly purchased food needs to be to church. You can place the food in the black bins on the H2H shelf.
